If you booked a session...

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.

If you are late and there is another booking right after yours, we may not be able to guarantee the full duration of your session.

Our staff will provide you with all necessary information about the photo session. If you have already selected your backdrop and photo format during booking, the setup will be ready when you arrive.

 

 

During the session, please do not adjust the camera yourself. If you encounter any issues, always ask our staff for assistance.

Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer on site.

Please note that your booking is binding. If your appointment is no longer suitable, you can reschedule it (at least 48 hours before your session). Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee; after that, the full fee will be charged.
